Before you write
If your question is about an order you already placed, have the order number to hand: it is in your confirmation email and starts with #. With it we go much faster.
Questions we answer every day
- Where is my order? We send you the tracking number as soon as it leaves the warehouse. If more than 8 working days have passed since that email and the tracking has not moved, write to us.
- I want to change the address. We can do it while the order has not shipped. Write to us as soon as you can.
- It arrived damaged or it is not what I ordered. Send us a photo and we will sort it out: replacement or refund.
- I want to return it. You have 30 days from receiving it. If you are buying from the European Union, you also have the 14-day right of withdrawal.
